Assistance for Customers Supporting Remote NGS-IQ Users

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, many users are working remotely. To give assistance during these uncertain times, we have some suggestions to make the work-from-home transition more seamless:
- Enable NGS-IQ’s WebRunner to access on-demand reports from any device. Authorized users can run queries from their browser and output them to Microsoft® Excel, Adobe PDF, and HTML. The drill-down capability in HTML easily allows them to trigger and run linked queries containing more detailed information.

Web Reporting with NGS-IQ
- Install Qport Access, SmartView, and IQ Client on remote PCs. Qport Access allows you to quickly and easily bring IBM i data into Microsoft® Excel, Access, Word and other popular Windows applications.
